Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyHomePlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including developers, brokers, agents, and buyers.
Service Description
MyHomePlan is a comprehensive real estate CRM platform designed for the UAE market. Our service includes:
- Client management and buyer portal systems
- Payment tracking and automated reminders
- Document vault for RERA contracts, NOCs, and title deeds
- AI-powered assistant (Ara) for customer support
- Cash-flow reporting and KPI dashboards
- Multi-language support (Arabic, English, Hindi, Russian)
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
- Share false or misleading information about properties
- Violate any UAE real estate regulations or RERA guidelines
- Use the service to compete directly with MyHomePlan
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without permission
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to MyHomePlan, including buyer records, documents, and communications. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in AED unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing period.
AI Features and Ara
Our AI assistant Ara is designed to help with customer inquiries and property management tasks. Ara's responses are generated based on your data and our training, but should not be considered legal or financial advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before using it with clients or in official communications.
UAE Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) guidelines
- Data protection and privacy laws
- Anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
- Consumer protection laws
Limitation of Liability
MyHomePlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms or illegal activities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
